Milk seems to be very polarizing! I know runners who can drink an entire glass of milk then go run. I’m intolerant in the first place, so I can’t finish a glass, let alone go run after. haha!

I’ll also often have just a vanilla latte. I know the milk doesn’t sit well with some people but I’ve never had a problem.
