It is sickening what is going on in our society right now!!
One of the things I may do is turn around, it would take a lot of effort for him to have to turn his car around!! And if he does turn around, call the police!! He does not have the right to follow you and harass you!!
I’m so sorry this happens to you and others! I know how much you love running, I hate that someone can spoil it for you!! Stay safe!! <3
