Send them an ecrumb and the will receive a real time map of your running. If you stop too long Road ID will alert them in case three is an emergency. Make you feel more secure if you are running solo on the trail. Just remember to turn it off as soon as you complete your run so it doesn’t keep going off when you at the Walmart
