Pool running is a monotonous exercise that I have resorted to during my foot injury. Repetitive motion, laps, and views. Predictable crowds. The lifeguards rotate through the stations clock-wise every 15 minutes. I assume so they don’t die of boredom watching
Dairy-free Overnight Oats
I hadn't made overnight oats since I went dairy-free in January, because my earlier recipes used yogurt. The yogurt makes it nice and thick, so I wasn't sure how these would turn out texture-wise. But, I added chia seeds
